I like to show you that you do not need to have many Christmas related stamps to create Christmas cards.

One image and a sentiment is sufficient

The ornament and text is stamped with a silver ink and clear embossed. Colored the sentiment with distress inks and add some glitter with a Wink of Stella brush.

Also colored with distress inks and added some glossy accents on the berries.

Monoprint Merry Christmas

Hello crafters,

It's Mariëtte here with a monoprint created with one of the new stencil.  

Hallo,

Mariëtte hier met een monoprint gemaakt met een nieuwe stencil.

Onto the gelliplate I adhered with a brayer some Distress Paint Peacock Feathers and Broken China and put the masks on top of it and removed it again. 

Than I took a print from the gelliplate. Love how the ink reacted under the mask.

To finish off the card I stamped the little poinsettia and colored it with regular Distress ink and added a text.

Ik heb een laagje distress paint Peacock Feathers en Broken China aangebracht met een brayer op een gelliplate. Hier de maskers opgedrukt en weer verwijderd.

Daarna een printje gemaakt vanaf de gelliprint en het is zo mooi om te zien hoe de inkt heeft gereageerd op het masker.

Om de kaart af te maken heb ik de kleine kerstster gestempeld en ingekleurd met Distress inkt en een tekst toegevoegd.
