Repeated stamping

Een tweede scramble challenge op de Hero Arts Flickr groep was om 1 stempel herhaaldelijk terug te laten komen op je kaart. Ik heb hier gekozen om de HA artist butterfly voor te gebruiken. Op de achtergrond kaart eerst de boomschors (HA woodgrain) afgedrukt met archival inkt en bewerkt met verschillende kleurtjes distress stains. Omdat de achtergrond te druk werd qua kleur heb ik er een dun laagje gesso overheen gesmeerd en daarna de vlinder verschillende keren afgedrukt. 
Tja en daar je maar 90 minuten de tijd hebt om de kaart te maken, fotograferen en posten moest ik de vlinder snel kleuren. Dus 2 kleuren distress stains op de craftsheet bemist met perfect pearls en de vlinder er door heen gehaald. Drogen uitknippen en voorzien van extra parels. 

Interactive card

Deze maand is het thema bij Hero Arts interactieve kaarten en verjaardagen. De achtergrond tekst is wit ge-embossed en daarna met distress inkten ingesponst. Het labeltje eerst bewerkt met gesso en een sjabloon, na goed drogen gesponst met dezelfde kleuren distress inkt als de achtergrond. Ook de vlinder is ingekleurd met distress inkten en daarna voorzien van een laagje parelmoer acryl pasta van de Lidl. De vlinder is met een spiraaltje op de kaart geplaatst zodat deze kan wiebelen.

This month at Hero Arts the theme is interactive cards and birthdays. The background text is white heat embossed and sponged with distress inks. Add gesso in combination with a template at the label and after drying sponged with the same colors of distress inks and adhered a thin layer of pearl acrylic paste from the Lidl. The butterfly is adhered to the card with a spiral so that the butterfly can wiggle.

Lily Pad challenge

De french post stempel is op het achtergrondpapier afgedrukt met versamark en wit ge-embossed. Daarna verschillende kleuren stains aangebracht en het geheel bespoten met perfect pearl biscotti. De grote vlinder gestempeld met distress inkt en clear embossed en daarna ingekleurd met distress stains. In zijn geheel de vlinder ingesmeerd met de acrylic clear pasta van de Lidl. De tekst gestempeld met distress inkt en de randjes gesponst.

The large butterfly is stamped with distress ink, clear embossed and colored with distress stains. The whole butterfly is smudged with the acrylic clear paste from the Lidl. The text is stamped with distress ink and sponged the borders.

Hero Arts challenge

Deze kleuren schema is o.a. een onderdeel van de maand challenge bij Hero Arts.

Dit is mijn inzending geworden.

De grid pattern background afgedrukt met versamark en wit embossed. Daarna distress stains de achtergrond bewerkt en de old letter writing erover heen gestempeld met distress inkt. De artists vlinder is met distress inkt afgedrukt en clear embossed, en ingekleurd met distress inkt. Perfect pearl pareltjes aangebracht en het lijfje bewerkt met enamel accents. De tekst is ook met distress inkt afgedrukt en clear embossed.

De HA antique flower achtergrond stempel is afgedrukt met versamark en transparant ge-embossed. Daarna gesponst met de distress inkten scattered straw, wild honey, peeled paint, aged mahony en tea dye.

De drie stroken zijn gekleurd met distress inkten wild honey, peeled paint en aged mahony en daarna bestempeld met HA old french handwriting stempel met memento inkt cocoa.

The three strokes are colored with distress ink wild honey,peeled paint and aged mahony and stamped the HA old french writing stamp with memento cocoa over it. 

De tekst is van Michele Marsden en met memento inkt cocao gestempeld op wit karton.

De HA artist vlinder is met memento inkt cocoa gestempeld en gekleurd met distress inkten wild honey, scattered straw en aged mahony. Daarover een laagje glimmermist rich gold gespoten. De vlinder nogmaals afgedrukt op transparant en daarna met glossy accents bevestigd op de gekleurde vlinder.

The HA artists butterfly is stamped with memento cocoa and colored with distress inks wild honey, scattered straw and aged mahony and added some shimmer mist rich gold on top of it. Stamp the butterfly again on accetate and attached it to the colored butterfly with some glossy accents.
