Vandaag heb ik een kaart gemaakt met een gelliprint achtergrond.
Today I have a card of which the background is created with a gellliprint.
Op een gelli plate heb ik distress oxide met een brayer aangebracht en hier het petal blossoms stencil op gelegd. Hier boven op een papier gelegd en kleur weggenomen door de opening van het stencil. Het stencil verwijderd en met de gelli plate een afdruk gemaakt op mijn witte achtergrond papier.
De vogel met zwarte versafine inkt gestempeld en deze ingekleurd met kleur potloden. Ook de bloemen in de achtergrond licht ingekleurd en met een witte gel pen omrand om ze extra op te laten vallen.
Onto a gell press I added distress oxide with a brayer and placed the petal blossoms stencil on top of it. Placed a paper on top and removed some color thru the stencil. Removed the stencil and made a print from the gell press onto my background paper.
Stamped the bird with black versafine ink and colored it with colored pencils.
Also lightly colored the flowers on the background and outlned them with a white gel pen to let them pop.
