Ik heb weer gespeeld met mijn favorieten inkten.....distress inkt... in combinatie met gesso....

I have played again with my favorite inks... distress inks... in combination with gesso.

ATC Hortensia

De hortensia in mijn voortuin staat zo prachtig in bloei en dat gaf mij inspiratie voor dit ATC'tje.
The hydrangea in my little frontgarden is blooming that gorgeous, that it inspired me to this ATC.

Gewerkt met verdunde gesso, distress inkten, distress markers.

De bloem en bladeren heb ik nog met een pen opgebold wat een leuk effect geeft, vandaar de schaduw rechts op de bloem.....

Used water diluted gesso, distress inks, distress markers.
The flower and leave are bold up with a dry embossing pen which gives a nice effect, that's the reason of the shadow at the right side of the flower.

Art Journey Challenge #36: Blauw- en groentinten

Dit is mijn inzending voor de huidige challenge bij Art Journey: Blauw- en groentinten:

De achtergrond is opgebouwd met distress paints (broken china, salty ocean, moved lawn). Met salty ocean distress inkt de muziekbalk her en der gedeeltelijk gestempeld. Gewerkt met een sjabloon en hier en daar nog een veegje gesso aangebracht. De distels en tekst zijn gestempeld met Archival zwart.

Carpe Diem

Creating my own backgrounds is what I like most. This background is created with gesso, distress stains, distress inks and finally added layers with stamps. I like when it gets messy :-)

Al meer als een week terug van vakantie en eindelijk tijd vrijgemaakt om weer eens lekker te stempelen. Kliederen met gesso en stains, helemaal goed!
