En wederom met de mooie Nuance gespeeld. De kleuren zijn zo prachtig en het is zo leuk om te zien hoe het reageert met water.

Playing with the beautiful Nuance powders again. I just love those vibrant colors and the way they react with water.

Ik heb een versamark pen gebruikt om alleen de buitenlijnen van het "Letters" stencil te be-inkten. Daarna met witte embossing poeder verhit. Weer een manier erbij om je stencils te gebruiken.

I used a versamark pen to ink up only the outer part of the Letters stencil and than heatset it with white embossing powder. Again another way to use your stencil.

Happy Birthday

Enn nog eentje met Nuance. Het is zo eenvoudig te gebruiken en je kunt er in een hand omdraai schitterende acthergronden mee maken.

And yes another one with the Nuance powders. It is so super easy to use and you can create lovely backgrounds in just minutes.

De Swirly leaves is gestempeld met versamark op aquarel papier en met witte embossing poeder verht.

I have stamped the Swirly leaves with versamark ink on watercolor paper. Heatset it with white embossing powder. 

Spuit dan je achtergrondje nat met wat water en strooi er wat Nuance poeder op. Spuit nog wat water om het poeder te activeren. Blijf Nuance toevoegen totdat je tevreden bent met het resultaat.

Spray some water on your background and sprinkle some Nuance powder on it and again spray it with water. Keep adding Nuance till you are satisfied.

Met dit weer buiten, storm, verlang je toch naar de lente. Hier alvast een voorproefje.....

With this weather outside, stormy, you do look forward to Spring. With this card already a preview...

Laatst samen met Bianca een dagje zitten kliederen en ik mocht met haar Ryn Design stempels spelen. Lief he?

Magenta Nuance in vintage style

Vind je de Nuace kleuren te fel, geen probleem je kunt er gemakkelijk een vintage look aangeven.

If you feel the Nuance colors are too bright, don't worry you can easily create a vintage look with it.

   

Breng met een grote kwast hot pink Nuance, welke je gemixed hebt met wat water, over je achtergrond. Eenmaal droog druk je wat achtergrond stempels af met Memento bruin.

Paint with a large brush some hot pink Nuance, diluted with a little bit of water, onto your background. Once dry, stamp some background stamps with Memento brown.

Meng gesso met een beetje water en smeer dit over je achtergrond, zodat de kleur iets vervaagt. Breng dan met een blending tool rondom wat vintage photo Distress inkt aan.

Than add some diluted gesso over the entire background to tone down the colors. Add with a blending tool vintage photo distress ink.

Spetter enkele witte en zwarte inkt op je achtergrond. Druk de tekst met zwarte inkt af. De vlinder is ook een stempel van Magenta welke op een apart stuk papier is gestempeld en gekleurd met Nuance. Uitgeknipt en de randjes aangezet met vintage photo distress inkt.

Add white and black splatters to the background. Stamp the text with black ink. The embelishment is also a Magenta stamp, also colored with Nuance and adding vintage photo distress ink gives it the vintage look to go along with the background.
